Recently there’s been a significant and unexpected change in the web hosting industry. cPanel announced a considerable price increase that affects especially web hosting reseller accounts and VPS owners.
We did our best in these the last two crazy days and come to a deal with the friendly people at DirectAdmin.
Get your London UK VPS!
After launching our new site yesterday (don’t forget to visit our new forum, by the way: http://www.intovps.com/forum/) we’re now opening a new location: London, UK.
We’ve kept our excellent prices even in London, which is usually higher priced. Our VPS packages start at $10 / month, as usual.
Our servers are placed in the Virtus Data Center (or “data centre”, if you like ;)) in Enfield, 12 miles North from the center of London. The network, operated by Coreix, offers very low latency for UK customers and includes links to: Tiscali International, Level 3, Abovenet, Enta, Goscomb, LINX, LONAP.

Launching Dallas and retiring Atlanta
We’ve just launched our new location for VPS systems in Dallas, TX. This new facility offers better connectivity for North American users and a better uptime. And of course the Xeon Sandy Bridge platform, that has become the standard for us: Xeon E31230 3.20GHz using DDR3 ECC memory and offering superior performance compared to our current servers in Atlanta.
We’ve also retired our Atlanta location and we’re no longer accepting orders for Atlanta. VPS systems from Atlanta will be migrated to Dallas during the next 45-60 days. Active Atlanta customers are already informed via email on the available options regarding the migration.

Fedora 13 now available
We’ve added Fedora 13 to the available OS templates list:
- Fedora 13 64-bit
- Fedora 13 32-bit
As always, existing customers can reinstall from Hypanel, new customers can choose Fedora 13 in the order form.
Preinstalled Webmin/Virtualmin
Preinstalled Webmin is now available in a CentOS 5 32 bit operating system image.
New customers select “Centos 5 32-bit & Webmin” in the order form. Existing customers can perform an operating system reinstall from Hypanel, choose “Centos 5 32-bit & Webmin” in “Reinstall machine” form. Keep in mind that OS reinstall permanently deletes all files in your VPS.
Virtualmin installation is included you just need to follow some simple steps in Webmin interface in order to finish the installation. Read the knowledge base article to find out how to finish the Virtualmin installation.
