How to open a support ticket

In order to respond to support requests from existing customers, we need to receive the ticket from an authorized person.

To open a support request as an authorized person you can:

  • either log in with you username and password in your account at and click on Open Ticket from the web interface
  • or send us a message from the email address that you signed up as customer with or from another email that you have added as contact in you billing account

For security reasons we will refuse any support requests that doesn't come from an authorized user.
