Given the severity of this problem,\u00a0IntoVPS has taken the necessary steps to secure our web sites and keep our customers\u2019 information safe from potential attacks.<\/p>\n<p>A tool has been published that allows administrators to test the vulnerability of their system. If your site has an SSL certificate, go to the <a href=\"http:\/\/filippo.io\/Heartbleed\/\">Heartbleed test page<\/a>, enter your website URL, and run the vulnerability test.<\/p>\n<p>If you are vulnerable please update openssl as soon as possible and restart your web server.<\/p>\n<p>On Ubuntu\/Debian:<br \/>\nsudo apt-get update<br \/>\nsudo apt-get upgrade<br \/>\nsudo \/etc\/init.d\/apache2 restart<\/p>\n<p>On Centos:<br \/>\nyum -y install openssl<br \/>\n\/etc\/init.d\/httpd restart<\/p>\n<p>Also <a href=\"http:\/\/arstechnica.com\/security\/2014\/04\/heartbleed-vulnerability-may-have-been-exploited-months-before-patch\/\">Ars is reporting<\/a> that a bot has been exploiting heartbleed in the wild since at least nov 2013.
